City of Industry, CA (APRIL 21, 2008) – Jeff Post has been appointed to the position of Vice President and General Manager of China General Plastics Corporation of America (CGPC), known as Enduratex™ according to company officials. Post replaces Dr. Dean Lee, who returns to retirement after having led the company for the past two years.

"I’m honored and excited to be handed this responsibility to help set the vision for Enduratex for the future. Enduratex and China General have a long standing tradition in the marketplace for providing excellent products and customer support which we will continue to uphold in the markets we currently serve and those new markets which we will be entering in the near future," said Post.

"Jeff has so much industry experience and knows so many of our customers, that I think he will be a great director of the Americas for Enduratex," said Dr. Dean Lee, former Director of the Americas for CGPC.

Enduratex, which is known for providing superior vinyl coasted fabrics to the automotive, hospitality, marine, and healthcare industries, is headquartered in Southern California in the City of Industry and has four product warehouses in the United States located in Atlanta, Cincinnati, Dallas and Los Angeles. Its’ parent company, China General Plastics Corporation, is headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan.

Post joined CGPC 18 months ago in the role of National Director of Sales and has helped guide the company through corporate re-directions over that period of time. He will now report to the President of China General Plastics Corporation, Edward Chow.

Post has been involved in the coated fabrics industry for more than 20 years and during that time has been involved with such industry names as Omnova, CMI and Uniroyal Engineered Products and Spradling International.

He is a member of the Coated Fabrics and Film Association (CFFA), the National Association of Decorative Fabric Distributors (NADFD) and the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association (AAIA).

Post is a graduate of California State University in Long Beach and resides with his family in Temecula, California.
