City of Industry, CA (APRIL 21, 2008) – David (Dave) P. Derse has been appointed Business Development Manager for Authentic Enduratex™/ China General Plastics Corporation of America (CGPC) according to Jeff Post, Vice President and General Manager of CGPC. "Dave is a tenacious, creative individual with more than 20 years of experience in vinyl coated fabrics. I’ve had the privilege of working with him in the past and know him to be a dedicated customer advocate who is extremely knowledgeable about our business," said Post.

Derse will be responsible for the expansion of the Authentic Enduratex product line into new markets throughout North America, as well as building business with existing customers, according to Post. Additionally he will oversee new business development in select Asian markets.

Derse was most recently the Midwest Sales Manager for Authentic Enduratex. Prior to joining CGPC, Dese was associated with Omnova Solutions and Uniroyal Engineered Products. He is a member of Coated Fabrics and Film Association (CFFA).

Derse resides with his wife and two children in Elk Grove, Wisconsin.
